From corporate events to bachelorette parties, we do it all!

We are excited to announce that we are now booking for Corporate Holiday Parties for the 2024/2025 season!

Think of us as your personal culinary event planners. Allow us to remove your stress by coordinating a stellar event that features some of the best local food and drink.

We have worked with groups from all over the country (with a few international tours, too!) to develop interesting and memorable culinary events and tours. Each group has its own unique goals. Are you trying to woo current or existing clients, need a fun activity for your coworkers, or are you looking for a fun event everyone in the family will enjoy? A food tour might be the solution!

How to Book

It’s easy to book a private tour if you have a small group of 8-45 people! To start, review the three options below. 

OPTION 1

Take over an existing tour on our public calendar.

If you have a small group, the quickest and most cost effective way to book is by booking through a tour already on our calendar. Public tours can take up to 10-12 people currently, so make sure to book all of them, or else the remaining tickets will be kept open to the public. View the public tour calendar to see if your date is available. 

OPTION 2

Replicate an existing tour route on another day.

We can easily take the itinerary of the tour you want and replicate it on your preferred day! Ticket prices are an additional $10 per person from the base ticket price. Scroll down to view the general tour availability calendar.

OPTION 3

Develop a custom experience for your group.

Want a tour at a different time (for example, a lunchtime tour), want to mix and match destinations, or do you have a group that is up to 48 people? A custom experience might be the right option for you! Large groups will be divided into smaller groups of about 16 people each. Let’s build the perfect event that will meet your group’s specific needs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Private events can accommodate between 8-48 guests right now. If your group is larger than that, submit an inquiry anyways – we can get creative!

We require at least 8 participants to book a private event.

Yes, please choose the tour that best matches your group’s schedule and tastebuds!

Yes, you can choose your own start time! We want to fit into your group’s other events giving you the perfect itinerary.

On the cocktail tour and brewery tour, drinks are included in the ticket price. For The Original Colorado Springs Food Tour, you may include three drink pairings for an additional $25 per person. Drink pairings are predetermined and meant to compliment the food served. Pairings may include Colorado craft beer, wine, hard cider, or cocktails. This option is only available to guests who are 21+ years of age with a valid ID.

Yes, in some cases, we can increase the size of alcohol pairings to full-size on private tours only. Please indicate this request in your inquiry.

No, unfortunately transportation to and from the event is not included. All other tours are on foot. It is your responsibility to get to and from the starting and ending locations of the tour.

Yes! We can accommodate a variety of special diets including vegetarian, gluten sensitive, no nuts, no seafood, and no pork. We must be given advance notice in order to accommodate these requests.

Yes, for private tours that are not booked directly through our website do require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due one week before your event. We accept payment via check, credit card, or ACH.

Once received, payments are non-refundable. In severe weather (i.e. treacherous conditions including road closures), tour may be postponed to a later date within 30 days.
